RR Agent is a business chatbot platform that provides:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

4. Online Booking Terms

When you use RR Agent to make a booking:

• Accuracy – You are responsible for ensuring all booking details (date, time, service, contact information) are correct at the time of submission.
• Confirmation – A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or email from RR Agent or the service provider.
• Cancellations & modifications – Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by the individual business or service provider. RR Agent is not liable for charges arising from late cancellations under a provider's policy.
• No-shows – Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior cancellation may result in fees charged by the service provider.
• Availability – Booking slots shown are subject to real-time availability and may change. Confirmation is not guaranteed until explicitly confirmed.

5. Payments and Refunds

Where applicable, payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By providing payment details, you authorize the applicable charge.

• RR Agent does not store full payment card details.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the service provider's refund policy, not RR Agent.
• Disputes regarding charges should first be directed to the service provider. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or service providers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our platform.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with RR Agent — including the chatbot interface, logos, text, and underlying technology — are the intellectual property of RR Agent or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR Agent and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RR Agent and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
